Attractions in Toruń
Torun's Gothic Old Town survived the centuries largely intact and is a UNESCO-listed core you can cross on foot in minutes. It was the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus, and the Dom Kopernika museum, the Old Town Hall (Ratusz Staromiejski), and the leaning tower (Krzywa Wieza) are all close together. Add the ruined Teutonic castle, the Cathedral of St. John, and the Living Gingerbread Museum (Zywe Muzeum Piernika) for a full visit.
