Vistula Boulevard (Riverside Promenade)

Vistula Boulevard is Kazimierz Dolny's riverside promenade, a paved walk along the bank of the Vistula where people come to stroll, watch the water and take in the view across to the ruins of Janowiec Castle on the far bank. It is also the launch point for pleasure cruises and the traditional car ferry that crosses the river to Janowiec, which makes it both a place to relax and a way to reach the other side.

The main draw of the boulevard is the outlook across the Vistula to the ruins of Janowiec Castle, which sit on the high bank opposite the town.
