Poznań Croissant Museum

The Poznań Croissant Museum (Rogalowe Muzeum Poznania) is a small interactive living museum on the Old Market Square that tells the story of the St. Martin's Croissant, and visitors come for its hands-on bilingual show rather than glass cases. During the roughly hour-long presentation you learn the recipe and history of the rogal świętomarciński and help shape a croissant yourself under the guidance of a Croissant Master. Founded by Szymon Walter and opened in April 2014, it is consistently rated among the highest cultural attractions in the city.

The rogal świętomarciński is not an ordinary pastry.
